Job Description: Freelance Event Coordinator

The Freelance Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet FeverUp's standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff.
  • Communicating directly with the Fever Originals manager.
  • Managing guest lists for all events.
  • Ensuring each staff member is trained in their duties, including ticket validation and guest accommodation.
  • Guaranteeing all staff undergo thorough safety measures training while representing the Fever brand.
  • Daily reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers about the status of each event, both pre and post-event. 

Qualifications and Skills

While previous experience in event management is preferred, FeverUp is open to considering candidates who demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for live events. Specific qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree (preferred).
  • Interest and passion for live music and events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
