EPFO Recruitment 2025: Deputy Director and Assistant Director Positions - Government Job

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has announced a recruitment drive for the positions of Deputy Director (Vigilance) and Assistant Director (Vigilance) on a deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for these positions:

Deputy Director (Vigilance)

  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
  • With five years of regular service in Level-10 of the pay matrix; and
  • Possessing three years of experience in dealing with disciplinary/vigilance cases in a responsible capacity.

Assistant Director (Vigilance)

  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
  • With three years of regular service in Level-7 of the pay matrix; and
  • Possessing two years of experience in dealing with disciplinary/vigilance cases in a responsible capacity.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as of the closing date of receipt of applications.

  • Bio-data in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I).
  • Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for the last five years, duly attested.
  • Vigilance clearance and integrity certificate.
  • Statement showing major or minor penalties, if any, imposed during the last ten years.
