Agile/Scrum Trainer (Part-Time) – Remote Opportunity at Anexas Europe - Part-time Job

Job Overview

Anexas Europe, a leading consulting and training firm, is looking for a highly skilled Agile/Scrum Trainer to conduct professional training sessions. This is a remote, part-time, or freelance opportunity for experienced Agile practitioners, Scrum Masters, or Agile Coaches. The selected candidate will deliver interactive training programs, guide professionals through certification exams, and help them master Agile project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean principles.
  • Conduct live online workshops for professionals from various industries.
  • Prepare course materials, exercises, case studies, and assessments.
  • Train candidates for Scrum certification exams (CSM, PSM, SAFe Agile, etc.).
  • Customize training content to meet corporate requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Agile methodologies and coaching techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria Details
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or Business Management.
Certifications CSM, PSM, SAFe Agile, or Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC preferred).
Experience 3+ years in Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or coaching.
Technical Skills Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and Agile tools like JIRA, Trello.
Soft Skills Excellent communication, mentoring ability, and engaging presentation skills.
